Young fans show their Mountaineer spirit

‘MOUNTAINEERS, WE LOVE YOU’—Fifth-grade students at East Dale Elementary in Fairmont—William Wright, Maria Batson, Samantha Cavanaugh, Kaden Whaley, and Morgan Uphold—put the finishing touches on a blue and gold banner painted to support the Mountaineer football team. This banner and nearly 600 cards of encouragement will be sent to West Virginia University players in time for the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl game Jan. 2 in Glendale, Ariz.
